Context
AXA Group Operations brings together teams from several entities to standardise how the group uses the cloud. The goal was a self-service catalog: cloud brokers and entities should be able to deploy infrastructure that follows the group’s best practices without waiting on a central team.
What I did
I built reusable infrastructure accelerators as Terraform modules for the AXA cloud broker teams, and automated the provisioning pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps so that brokers and entities could deploy infrastructure on their own.
To make the catalog easy to adopt, I wrote the technical documentation and ran onboarding workshops for the teams using it.
Result
Deployment time went from days to minutes. Cloud adoption accelerated across multiple entities, which made application migrations faster.
